No more tears left

"Your 7cms dilated, we need to take you to theatre NOW" Nurse demanded, whilst alarming further medical staff. "but wait I'm only 23 weeks" FEAR was striking me "what does this mean?" body uncontrollably shaking. so many faces coming into the theatre room, the neonatal care team getting ready for my baby, consultants trying to explain my babies chance of surviving, which wasn't much.... TEARS were filling, FEAR rushing through, ANXIETY through the roof, people everywhere, my mother being my birthing partner staying strong for her daughter but i could see the worry in her eyes, words just can't explain.
