Nightmares is the debut book of freelance artist, Myko Williams. Divided into five chapters, she shares a collection of poems on falling, coping, and fighting the dark sides of mental disorders. Based on her depth of personal experiences with bullies, depression, anxiety, and learning to function daily, she sheds light on the struggles of living with the nightmares of surviving another day.
