My Name Is Fedrick

My Name is Fedrick is a children's book about a first grader named Fedrick that is having a difficult time with people not pronouncing his name correctly. On the first day of school his principal, teacher, and classmates all say his name incorrectly. He gets upset with them but doesn't let them know and is sad when his mom picks him up from school. His mother shares with him how to respectfully correct people. He goes back to school the next day and politely asks people to say his name correctly.
