My Mirror and Me "My Mirror and Me", is a book about "confidence". The mirror becomes the tool to encourage a child's self-worth and self reflection. It is imperative that in early childhood children gain confidence and embrace the fact that they are important, valued and special. "The Mirror and Me" becomes a reflection of the child despite culture or ethnicity and helps the reader to connect with their individuality. That same mirror is a constant reminder that although we may have; happy, sad or difficult days, we have the ability to make choices and cultivate change.
