Murder Upriver

A small-town police chief, Jack Donaldson, has a grasp of what's happening in the entire town or so he thought until one day when things start heading south. One call that would change things in a small quiet town for good when a sheep steeling group comes in and makes it noisy with illicit behavior. Lies and betrayal come to the surface with the arrival of a mysterious serial killer. His marriage disintegrates due to the demands of the job. New relationships are formed, but are they what they seem?
