Momma and Poppa's Family Picnic

This is a close-knit family who enjoys spending time together. Momma and Poppa were blessed with eleven children. They
attend church as a family. Poppa didn't send his children to church. He took them. Momma and Poppa worked hard to take care of their family. With the eleven siblings, there was always something to do and Momma didn't mind doing it. She cleaned the house and cooked family meals every day. Sometimes their neighbor Mary visited Momma and helped her with her housework. Poppa had to get up very early to be at the Logging Mill by 5:00 A. M. so that he could work and provide for his family. In his spare time, Poppa would take Jonah, their second son fishing. Jonah loved to spend time with Poppa. Once a year the family looked forward to their Family Picnic by the lake. It wasn't anything fancy. It was just a simple picnic with family. At one of their picnics, Poppa met a family member that he never knew existed. Other families enjoyed fishing, swimming, picnics, going on nature walks, and biking on the trail, and some came to watch the sunset on a beautiful sunny day. This is not a perfect family. They do have their ups and downs and whatever they're going through, they go to the Lord in prayer.
