In this book entitled, Mom and Dad, Don't Do It That way, our writer wants to capture in this book the advice she gave to her patients during her fruitful 40 years of practice in Pediatrics. She wants to educate new parents about what is normal in their babies during the first year in all aspects of growth and development and enable them to recognize the abnormal, to work with the baby as soon as possible. She believes that in Pediatrics, success is in prevention. The practice of anticipatory counseling for parents with their babies was always part of their practice to avoid problems and create good habits. Bad habits in children are already established in those first 3 years of life. The terrible 2 and 3 could be very terrible with the bad habits.
