Mark of Kóri

Following the defeat of the Daylight Oracle, Kóri makes the dangerous decision to tie herself together with the Olympian god of light. Fate would seem to decree it a doomed union indeed, because at the New Year's Celebration, a Vampyre Lord comes searching for her aid with a peculiar case. A son of Apollo. If not for goddess Kóri's Mark, Grim Reaper and half-blood Hayden would have been apprehended for his carefreeness. But since he does have her favour, she must answer for him. Hayden's life has been in further peril since he learned of a dark and malicious plot to overthrow the careful balance of the Vampyre Society. Kóri must work with the god of light as well as however many decent Vampyres, in order to protect Hayden's soul. But even at the brink of reckless battle, the goddess' problems are never ending. Because Cupid finds himself bored, and he is not finished with Apollo.
