Good weather is returning to Anchor Point. Jay has been coaxed by his mother into giving his cousin, Jenny the Jinx, a summer job. Robbie doesn't want her around after she set fire to her school. He is afraid the same thing will happen at the café.
The renovations have begun on the bed and breakfast building. The first day of work, a skeleton is found concealed in one of the walls. Who is he and how did he get there? Roland knows but refuses to tell anyone anything. Could the resident ghost be a murderer?
