LIVE LIVELY LONGER is written in response to requests from his large family to share his knowledge and provide them with a guide for a long healthy life. The published data, both good and bad, grows daily. This book discusses Dr. Richards' assessment of the current knowledge on aging and geriatric health in 2004, as seen by a Family Physician. He includes many suggestions for improving health and remaining active.

Because medical care may become necessary for all of us, the last of the book discusses the health care system in the United States, with assessment of the risks and benefits of proposed changes.
