In an attempt to showcase the works driven by the effects of alcohol, we have selected an array of thrilling, comedic, and sometimes creepy stories and poems from six of the most well-known alcoholic authors in history. Likely under the influence of alcohol, James Joyce, Edgar Allan Poe, O. Henry, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Dorothy Parker, and Oscar Wilde each produced numerous works. We've chosen some of the best, and only part of the time were some of us enjoying our favorite alcoholic beverages.
