Lessons for Sabre and Duel-Fencing

Béla Menyhárt's sabre method was proven during political controversies in which he was called out to duel on several occasions, particularly during the notorious "Jánszky Affair." Menyhart uses the High Tierce system but with several alterations which are different than Arlow's and presage the advent of Borsody's method, thus providing us with additional insight into Hungarian fencing methods which did not follow Arlow's Italo-Hungarian methodology. A must read for sabre enthusiasts, especially those training High Tierce methods!
