Mama Bear's old friend and her little girl come to visit. They join Clara, Fischer and Brady as Mama reads from their favorite book, "Goldilocks and the Three Bears". The four youngsters know the story well and participate in the reading, but do they realize who the characters in it really are? Clues for the reader as to the identity of Mama Bear and her friend Goldie are sprinkled throughout the illustrations.
