John Travolta is an American actor, producer, and singer. He is best known for his roles in the films Saturday Night Fever, Grease, and Pulp Fiction.
Travolta married actress Kelly Preston in 1991. They have two children together, a son named Jett and a daughter named Ella. In 2009, Jett died at the age of 16 while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas. Travolta and Preston have been open about their grief following Jett's death and have worked to raise awareness about autism, as Jett had been diagnosed with the condition.
