Jared

Haunted by his politically controversial past and driven by a thirst for freedom, Jared attempts to keep his identity private in a changed world, one that has survived a nuclear fallout. He meets unusual help and learns that a rising power has seized control over the region and established a new government. They call themselves The American Order, and their goal is to become the new United States government.
Knowing that their path will lead to a dictatorship, Jared faces the same moral dilemma that he fought to stop before the nuclear war, but this time under different circumstances: Fight to regain freedom and liberty while the organization is still weak, or let the world fall into further chaos and tyranny.
Throughout this story, Jared faces physical conflict and emotional turmoil as he struggles to find the way to restore freedom. Not only is The American Order his enemy, but isolated communities and supernatural forces. He quickly discovers the thin line between good and evil, what is truly right and wrong, and the long-standing and crippling effects of the fog of war.
