The book presents a series of reflections and recommendations on the current situation of inclusive education in Chilean schools. It raises arguments considering the perspective of students, families, teachers and management teams, with the aim of designing inclusion strategies for students who for different reasons require support needs to enter, stay and progress in the education system. The changes of the last decade create the urgency to respond to new educational needs from an "Inclusive Perspective". "Inclusive Perspective" considering academic, emotional, identity, language and socio-cultural factors from diversity, which are not delimited in the national public policy on educational inclusion, lack of awareness and sensitivity to diversity in the classroom, which has led to significant questioning in the way educators, institutions and society in general address these needs. Seeking positive evolution towards inclusion and celebration of diversity in the educational environment, with a more comprehensive approach that contributes to more tolerant, respectful and equitable societies.
