In My Element...I Am Me!

"It's more than a talk", that's what my Granny used to say! Life always brings us lessons that often times arrive at the strangest moments. Whether it's lying in bed in the middle of the night, sitting on the porch drinking coffee, or even standing in an aisle at a grocery store; life always has something to teach us, and we only understand what is being taught when we are ready to learn. Each moment is ours, and regardless of where we are we embody every elemental shift that helps us to discover and learn more about ourselves and the world in which we reside! In this book I share some of the lessons I have learned while being in my element, whenever or wherever it may have been, while simply thinking I was finally ready to get an understanding of what was being taught. Sometimes it takes many rides around the world to figure some things out; but when we are truly ready to hear, the world around us will always speak!
