Among them, a successful vegan café and bakery. Tim transitioned from the restaurant industry into writing after moving to Tennessee during the pandemic to be closer to his parents. He has recently published a short dining guide to some of Nashville's local restaurants and is working on a historical fiction novel that has nothing to do with food and everything to do with Tim's other passion, ancient history.
