Healing, Evaluating and Reliving...H.E.R. Truth is a detailed account of one's life journey to find oneself. With each stage of redemption, she shares the experiences and mindsets that molded and pushed her along the way. Exposing herself and telling her truth as she takes you on the emotional rollercoaster rides that not only built the strength within her but also gave her the confidence to live her life in an effort to help someone else save theirs.

As we explore the critical moments in her life, we gain a better understanding of who she was and who she is now. We learn that in many ways she was just the typical "girl from the block" with the same issues, problems and obstacles we all face as we take on our journey to find our purpose.
