"Various international organizations and individuals have made passionate appeals to governments to empower and draw in various partners in policy formulation and implementation, and activities concerning the climate change crisis. The logic is that learning institutions serve as convenient avenues of promoting climate change education. To confront the impacts of climate change and related environmental issues, individuals must not only be provided with requisite education, but also enhanced awareness to drive such change. Although some effort has been made to offer such knowledge, skills and values, there are existing challenges to realize the anticipated objectives. These include limited understanding of the weather change phenomenon, less effective pedagogical approaches and weak partnerships among the critical stakeholders"--
