THE OUTCASTES OF INDIA
At different periods in the history of the world great movements come to the birth, fraught with far-reaching consequences to the spiritual progress of mankind. Some within and some without the Church, they serve to inspire the men of vision and faith, and to prove afresh that the government of God is sleeplessly active in the control of the destinies of man.
Of such a character are the mass movements among the outcastes of India. For nearly a century these have been spreading over the whole land and gathering force with every decade, until at the present moment they are outstanding features of missions in India.
