"Ezra Romeo," the letter had said. "We regret to inform you that your parent's, Marrian and Dominic Romeo, have passed away in a horrific car wreck."
It has been a year since Ezra has received the news of his parents tragic passing, and he has been living a low life on the bustling streets of Manhattan terribly alone.

His life is suddenly changed when he meets a girl named Lizzie at the library who introduces him to her friend Riley. Finally, Ezra has someone in the city who won't just take him for some street rat.
