Kevin Brolin is a 47 year old joyfully married man with two beautiful daughters. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, loves sports and the outdoors, and loves the freedom Americans enjoy. Mr. Brolin has lived under two very different realities. From birth to age 29, he was very open to experiences that included interacting with some of the darkest forces that operate on earth. Through a series of bizarre circumstances, Mr. Brolin met Jesus as a person in October of 1995. This is especially strange since he spent most of the years prior to that meeting ranging from avoiding church to openly and aggressively ridiculing "Christians". Since meeting Jesus personally, Kevin has felt a distinct sadness when observing the relationship most Christians seem to have with the God that created the universe. Following God's lead, he has finally recorded the first 12 observations that God has revealed to him about why so many people who have access to the power of heaven don't take advantage of it. It is Kevin's wish that all kinds of people will investigate what they have been missing out of life and will spend their remaining time on earth getting more out of it.

Carl is a businessman who started climbing mountains relatively late in life. His love for the mountains and great outdoors started as a boy growing up in Wyoming. Weekends were often spent in the Wyoming hills and mountains hunting Indian artifacts or catching trout. Climbing always interested him, but for most of his life he never considered becoming a mountain climber. But as he commuted to his job in Boulder, Colorado, one beautiful and huge mountain greeted him each day - Longs Peak. The dormant desire to climb mountains came alive. A goal was set to climb Longs Peak. This was an especially challenging goal as Carl was still recovering from kidney cancer. Together with his rehabilitation specialist, plans were made to climb Longs Peak. With a significant amount of physical conditioning, Carl stood on the summit of this great Colorado 14er. A passion to climb mountains was born. In the summer of 2009, Carl put work on the backburner to focus on mountain climbing. Ten mountains were selected. He had two primary goals for the Summer of Climbing -- first, to summit each mountain. Second to look for the defining moment of each climb and then to develop life lessons around the defining moments. The Result is Reaching New Heights, A Summer of Climbing. Join Carl as he climbs. Experience the thrill, pain and sense of accomplishment as he works his way to the summit. Then spend time in reflecting on the defining moments and the lessons he learned. His life was changed writing this book. As you journey with him through his Summer of Climbing, his prayer is that you will be blessed, enriched and challenged.
Do you ever wonder about those little nudges and whispers you get from time to time, those "Don't go there today" or "Change lanes"? City of the Guardians: Introducing Alex Honor will show you who is behind those whispers and nudges. This book will make you take notice to the existence of things beyond our sight. The characters, Stilo who represents Strength and Rip who represents Rage, will fight to make their voice the one you listen to. Which will you choose? It is the author's hope to make you think twice about the decisions you make after reading this book. Her wish is to cause you to pause and listen to the whisper that wants the best, not the worst. You might be embarrassed to admit that you have experienced a nudge or quiet whisper but you and I both know that you have. "From the beginning of the preface my interest was piqued! We all have heard these whispers, and to be able to delve into their possibilities is exciting in itself!" - Tiffany Green-Hunter "I like to think we have guardians who watch over us, but then why do bad things happen? I look forward to interacting with your characters - on both sides of the coin - and joining them on their adventures." - Steve Clarke Bee L. Kirk is a thirty five year-old, married, mother of two. You can't have me is about victory in the battle for our soul. It's finding freedom through a Savior who loves us so much that He wants to take our hurts, our pain, our shame, our guilt and give us freedom in those areas where we can get stuck and then turn those emotions of bondage into His story of Redemption. Victoria Torres shares her story from a pure heart sharing the pain, hurts, guilt, shame & victories of redemption of her life to help those living with painful secrets and living in bondage to the lies of worthlessness, insignificance, destructive cycles and pain and to bring them into the light of a loving God who wants to heal, love and set them free. Molested, devalued, intimidated & wounded by cruel words and physical violence by her father, Victoria, by God's grace, took the pain & hate that grew inside of her, that kept her in bondage and continued to give it to her heavenly Father who healed her by taking the pain, gave her a forgiving heart, poured His joy in her spirit and set her free. Victoria now takes her life story not as something to be ashamed of, but as a gift from God that she can passionately share with hurting girls & boys and men & women so that they too can be set free by a loving Savior. She sees that what the enemy meant for evil, God made it for good, something beautiful. Her message and heart make a strong claim to the enemy. "You can't have me. I belong to God". And she wants to tell everyone to make that same claim. She strongly & passionately supports choosing God who lifts us up, gives life and loves us & to renounce the lies of the enemy who wants to tear us down and have someone believe that they don't count, they're dirty, they're stupid, etc. Don't believe those lies. Stand with Victoria who stands & lives for God. He will transform your life. He will give you a new way to live fighting each battle with you and showing you His victories as He has with Victoria.
"Who is the King of Glory?" could not be a more relevant question. How many of us have wondered exactly who God is or if it's even possible to know that? Robert Benedetto shows we can depend fully on the Bible in order to find answers. As intimidating as the idea feels, it is possible to know God because He has made Himself knowable. Benedetto will show you the character of God we can all encounter as we read the Bible. The gospel is a complete revelation that leaves us with no need to seek elsewhere. From the history of The Fall and the Israelites to the disciples and the crucifixion, Benedetto illuminates how God's very essence can be seen through it all. He shows why we tend to cloud God's character, misrepresenting and misunderstanding Him, and how we can avoid doing that by taking Him at His Word.
This autobiographical book is the story of the author's tumultuous marriage to her husband and how she reconnected with God through this stormy period in her life. Her book is to bestow a message of hope to readers that God is present in all situations of life, even the stormy ones, and that you can overcome your circumstances only with God's love and support. For a life story that is marked with several unsettling forms of abuse, the author makes sure to chronicle how God made Himself visible and ushered change into her life. There is a healthy balance of details about her abusive past and about her change in spiritual perspective towards her past. Readers will attest to feeling similar emotions that the author expresses and will be encouraged to follow the same path towards forgiveness as well. The author provides an understandable flow of thought from chapter to chapter in the book, concluding the purpose of previous chapter at its end before starting the next purpose in the next chapter. Readers will not be confused at all by the content's flow and will appreciate the added attention to detail the author gives in her book. The book is a moving tribute to how God can turn even the most disastrous situations into declarations of faith and trust in Him. The author uses her story to bring God's presence to the attention of others, which will reassure readers that there is a plan and hope-filled purpose even in destitute situations in their lives.
What if the opportunity to lead someone to salvation presents itself and there is no ordained preacher or student of theology available? What if the only one around is a believer who knows the Truth but has not learned how to share the Truth with someone who has resisted the Truth? Robert's Spirit filled teachings on evangelism have been tried, tested and applied over the last twelve years as a leader in an outreach ministry that has served over 40,000 meals and led over 1,000 souls to salvation. Written by a lay person for lay persons, Spirit Driven Evangelism is filled with instructional teachings, emotional anecdotes, and personal stories that are sure to inspire and teach believers how to be used by the Holy Spirit to fulfill the Great Commission to seek and save the lost. I like to consider myself an old fashioned "Story Teller." There really is no right or wrong way to be a story teller other than you can have NO perceived idea about the narrative or how it will end. They say, "This is pure and simple story telling at its best." This is an undressed, heartwarming story about a grandma whose grandson comes back as an angel on God's Wind Team. They also say, "You will never look at the WIND in the same way again." For those of you who have lost a child this is a must read story told just for you with the help of God. ..... Let the story begin. Personal Statement: I am Charles W. England, born February 28, 1941. I married Judy M. NeSmith on October 11, 1967. We have two children: Judith Lynn and Jonathan William. Statement of Faith: I feel we should seek God's wisdom first as directed by 1 Kings 3:3-15, also Matthew 6:33. One of the great miracles of life was when God took a person like me and opened my mind to his marvelous word. I believe in the inerrancy of the word of God based on II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 2:21. There is only one God in three persons, Matthew 3:16, 28:19. Salvation can only be obtained through Jesus (John 14:6) the Son of God (John 3:16). Salvation comes through the conviction of the Holy Spirit (John 16:7-11) and simple belief without works (Ephesians 2:9). I am convinced that Christ was born of a virgin (Matthew 1:18). He lived a sinless life (II Corinthians 5:21) and died on the cross for our sins (John 1:29). He was resurrected from the dead (Romans 6:4) to sit at the right hand of the Father. Through Christ's life, death, and resurrection we not only have inheritance while on earth (John 10:10), but eternity as well (John 3:15).

Tamar Speaks is her first book (Her baby). Apostolically (as a sent word) and prophetically (as a spoken word) sent to the nations....her heart and desire is to see this book translated into other languages, become a playwright and into a movie. Because our society is so rapid with sex, our children start having sex at the age of 12 years old. Our moral standards have diminished, modesty and dignity have gone to a level of not caring. We look at television and see women being exploited in front of our eyes for the nation to see causing the elevation of our standards to drop tremendously. This book is about how God ordained virginity as an important part of the marriage covenant, how the world system has interject its ideas of worldly structure that interferes with the spiritual aspect of the marriage covenant. It is phenomenal, how God with his attributes and his spiritual structure formed a soul-tie through the act of sexual intercourse in the marriage covenant. Hopefully, your eyes will see what God intended for you to see as these pages unfold. Also, I would like a spiritual change in each ones thought process regarding how we were formed to praise God with every part of our body. Dorothy E. Stewart, better known as Sister Stewart. When God breathed into Adam's nostrils the breath of life inside of that breath was man's power and potential to reflect God's image. Everything Adam would ever need to walk in victory and dominion was in that breath. People and self-assessments can come to faulty conclusions of what you can accomplish based on an illusion compiled from what is perceived instead of what God is authentically developing inside of you. It's not unusual for conceptualization and belief in your dreams and goals to be shared initially by no one other than you and God. Others view you according to what they see now, but you are living according to what God has revealed. The indispensable necessity is that you must believe in the Word of God in spite of what you see. What you see is only an illusion. You are "Born In Royalty" and you were never designated to have a second-class anything. DR. "I worked for several years as a Rural Letter Carrier Associate (rural mail substitute), which meant I had to drive from the right hand side of the vehicle while delivering the mail. I would often have children and adults ask, 'How do you drive like that?' or 'Is it hard to drive like that?' On one occasion I had a little boy, who appeared to be around five years old ask, 'Who is driving the truck?' A simple enough question, however, I could not get it out of my mind." Who Is That in the Driver's Seat? gives readers a roadmap for successful Christian living-through the complete and total surrender of the navigation duties to Jesus Christ! This book houses a collection of true stories taken from author Terry Gillespie's life. Each reveals an important lesson that God imparted in its wake, along with the wisdom he accumulated along the way. While examining the biblical principles which mandate God-given guidance, the author clearly outlines the ripple effects of trying to take control of the wheel of life, and makes a case for handing it over to a God who already knows where the road will go. Join Gillespie on his road trip to the truth, and learn how to take your journey with God to places you never thought possible!

AMBER'S JOURNAL The aliens hovered in orbit around the Earth, silent and uncommunicative, until the world governments decided to do something. When their ships had been reduced to one, they struck, throwing the planet into the Dark Ages by wiping out power, communication, commerce, and in the wake of destruction, morality. That morning, John was a construction worker on his way to a job. By evening, he was racing back across the state to make sure his family was all right, and rescuing innocent people from men who cast aside their consciences with their cell phones. His companion in his journey was Amber, a college student trying to get home on a scooter, the perfect target for the animals now roaming the highways. Together, they learned to survive in a dog-eat-dog world, finding pockets of humanity where people still believed in God and held out their hands to help. DIABLO Ten years after the aliens struck, John regained his awareness in a brutal mining pit, enslaved by the aliens' mind control and the harsh conditions. He played their games and took his chances, and broke free, carrying samples of the red stones the aliens sought. Somewhere out in the world, someone had the technology to figure out what those stones were, and how to use them to destroy the aliens. In his journey, he learned how the rest of the world had survived the last ten years -- some working together, others by brutalizing and enslaving those around them. Almost reluctantly, he became the hero and rescuer and leader he never thought he could be. And when the chance came to fight back against the aliens, it was at the risk of everything and everyone he had come to love.

The Man I Would Like To Have Met is a veritable account of my odyssey to find love. The complex relationship with my parents and siblings, the nonexistent rapport with my peers and classmates, the weak connection with my Christian family, the indifferent bond with my teachers and boyfriends, even the bizarre link with my television and radio all affected my decisions to take the paths I took to find this love. The bitterly harsh journey began when I was fourteen years old and ended in my thirties. Along the way I surrendered whatever dignity I had, in addition to almost losing my life. For a little while I became someone else. In the end I learned sex and love are not even remotely the same, and I learned real love is something much more substantial than the world persistently endeavors to present to us. Michelle Corbitt now lives in Mercer County, in New Jersey, sharing an apartment with one of her children who has chosen to remain in the nest. She has written articles for newsletters at previous jobs and was recently given the opportunity to write articles for her church's newsletter. This book is based on the Bible, only the Bible and nothing but the Bible where God spoke, speaks and will always speak! Written in an overly-simplified with a streamlined compilation of Bible verses, this book enumerates what God says in chosen topics, substantially expressed by those verses, although only a couple of sections are dedicated to the title. Liners are used in order to capture the content of the verses. The one and only purpose of this book is to have everyone in the world to be in the air to meet the King of kings and the Lord of lords, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. And this is the only way to escape the Lake of Fire! Even when people end up in that lake, God is good and cool to bring them where He is, but it's not going to be nice and easy! Big lake! Big fire! Big hurt! Big brimstone! Big God! The Lord Jesus Christ came to save the world. He came to save the lost. He came to save sinners. If the world is not saved and if the lost is not saved and if the sinners are not saved, Christ failed miserably on what He came for but He never fails! God is love and love never fails! Jhn 12:47: "And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world" (KJV). 1Ti 1:15: "This [is] a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief" (KJV). Luk 19:10: "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost" (KJV).
In October of 1995, Marjorie R. Firmin was sent home with a prognosis of death. A year earlier, she was diagnosed with a malignant melanoma stage 4. She is a semi-retired bilingual teacher and lives in Baton Rouge, LA. She is called to proclaim and declare the holistic-healing power of God. She is now training to become a "real" writer. - This book is a dramatic memoir of spiritual/holistic healing and a life's story rolled into one. - The title insinuates the drama contained within the pages, and the subtitle summarizes what you, the reader, can expect to find. - It offers good educational "takeaway" for anyone interested in exploring the controversial, yet powerful subject of Christian-holistic (spiritual/mental/physical) healing, for the reader or someone they know. - The reader could find answers to some "deep" questions. For instance: How do some Christians survive against all odds, and thrive to live healthy and happy lives? What differentiates them from those who succumb to illness, despair, and grief? How to know the truth that sets us free from the fear of death? How to become spiritually edified through Christ-Centered meditation, etc. "Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed, and the ears of those who hear will listen." Isaiah 32:3 NIV
