If you are frightened by the Book of Revelation, confused by its complexity and convinced you can''t understand it, this book is for you. There is a liar in the world and a Truth-Teller. The book of Revelation gives us a very clear picture of these opposing beings, and invites us to make a choice. The choice is unmistakable and the results of each are very logical. The Book of Revelation is the conclusion of God''s salvation plan, and the book itself is a gracious revealing of the only way we can be "ready" for the inevitable end of the world as we know it. It would be a shame if we arrived at the end only to give in to fear when Revelation tells us who can keep us safe; who can make us "ready".This book, a summary of the message of Revelation, follows the "Be Ready" seminar. Jon''s first book, Revelation Plain and Simple, is a compilation of a detailed 42 sermon series through the entire Book of Revelation. Both books are available on Amazon.com. Pastor Jonathan MacKinney is a graduate of Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He pastored two Evangelical Free Churches in Minnesota before planting Chandler Bible Church in Chandler, Arizona. He retired from the local church ministry in 2016 and now travels with his wife, Jan, to take the message of Revelation wherever people are willing to listen. They have 3 children and 5 grandsons.
It is amazing how easy it is for the devil to infiltrate Christians. The devil carefully stalks and choses his prey at church.  Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 11:14 that Satan has transformed himself into an angel of light.  The apostle warns Christians that the devil joins the church and intentionally interrupts the choir, usher board, deacon board, missionary board, minister circle, elder council, and the board of bishops.  His purpose is to destroy Christians'' relations with God.  But, as Christians we must learn how to stay on the Road of Life as they travel into eternity.
They stood firm in their faith, lighting the way to the Gospel for countless generations from their time to present time. Whether they lived long lives on earth or were martyred for their faith, they remain the examples we live to follow as Christians. The heroes depicted in the Bible, as well as those who brought Christianity more into the fallen world, are the subjects of interest in author Rosemary Graham''s new book, "The Gospel Illuminators". Described as an epistle to the 21st Century Church, the book is shaped to be a call to all Christians in the world to follow the military command and put "boots on the ground" for their faith: meaning a call to re-energize Christians today, who may be downtrodden by tragedies in the world, to re-claim the Gospel and share it with those who don''t know God personally. Rosemary separates her book into selected sections focused on the Old and New Testaments, ministry of Jesus, the Apostolic era, the Post-Apostolic era, concluding with the Pentecostal era and the 21st century Church of today. The chapters clearly outlines the lives and contributions of recognized Biblical figures, who stood against powerful enemies, knowing the most powerful ally, God, had already won their battles for them. The same sentiment is felt among those affected by Jesus'' ministry and crucifixion, who saw the Savior overcome death and erase everyone''s sins. Each chapter also includes key life lessons, words of encouragement and a concluding prayer to assist readers in identifying what is learned from these remarkable people and their unwavering faith in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.Just as God equipped those in the Bible for the spiritual warfare ahead of them, He has called the 21st Century Church to become "The Gospel Illuminators" for the Christian faith to a misguided world.
A passenger train collided with a family car in 1913, killing a mother and a firstborn son. Out of that tragedy, a small church of farmers, factory workers, carpenters, and teachers formed in a northwestern Ohio town. One Sunday in 1945, a young boy thought he heard his minister say that God’s people had carried the promises of God wherever they went in the “clock of the covenant” and assumed it was the very clock that hung in the boy’s church in Elmore, Ohio. That revelation and the boy’s best memories about that small church, its people, and their ways of “doing church” in postwar America became the basis for this collection of stories, The Clock of the Covenant. The book includes comical stories (“Grandpa Webert’s Pants” and “Saying Amen in Church”), historical events (“When the Trumpet Sounded” and “The Hundred-Year-Old Man”), and serious descriptions of church beliefs and practices (“Grandpa Comes to God” and “Baptism in the Portage River”) and more. Included also are stories about the lives of “saints” who attended the church, veterans who struggled with the aftermath of their war experiences, and a few people whose paths through life seldom brought them to church. Stories of tragedies that changed people’s lives, dangers evaded, and farm accidents are intermixed with joyful memories of summer church picnics, the Christmas treat, and childhood misdeeds.AUTHOR NYLE KARDATZKE lives and writes in Indianapolis, Indiana. Trained as an economist, his most memorable career years were serving as a headmaster in private schools. This book is his third.
John Hodge, a native of St. Kitts tells of his relationship with Christ, and informs readers of ways they can accept Jesus into his or her heart as the second coming is near. Included in Final Warning of Climate Change: Of Dreams, Visions and Revelations are tales of his youth in the Caribbean, family history and enriching insight surrounding his spiritual growth and need for Christ. Readers are given prayers needed to encourage faith and healing and biblical narratives to expand on ideas of love. He includes content on the climate changes and uses this as a warning to have readers accept Jesus Christ before it’s too late. There are many changes around us revealing a sign of things to come, and Hodge shares his messages with you through many revelations inspired by the Holy Spirit. Reach out to God before it’s too late.
Somewhere between the mountain tops and the valley floor we all come face to face with God. In the woods or on the water if we listen carefully we can hear God''s still small voice in all of His creation. It''s true the God that if we seek out God his will speak to us all. The time in a deer stand can be a blessing that can renew the spirit for the rest of the year. Allow God into the stand with you and you will experience your time outdoors like never before. These devotions are not meant to take the place of time in God''s word. They are meant to direct you to a closer walk down the two tracks of life. Each time you hear the leaves crunch behind the stand or put your hands on a big set of antlers, remember where the blessings come from.
And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?"Luke 24:32 KJV.My name is Gregory Wright, as the author, a called minister of God, a sociologist, and social worker!  I seek the will of God in Christ Jesus, to edify and strengthen His people in love searching the wonders of our Lord to reveal His mind for the birth of a new generation and the rebuilding of former generations to unify them as one in Christ Jesus! This book speaks to those believers whose hearts have become harden and none believers search with a harden heart in the world for God''s truth! My intent is to speak Gods words and promises over the lives of his people to regenerate their heart, from harden heart state into a burning heart filled with his word and spirit! My intent is to bring His salvation to his people, so they may be converted in their soul and believe in their heart being healed to function as His Holy people to be the beautiful church of Jesus Christ! Therefore, let all men let their light so shine before men, that they may see their good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.Matthew:5:16
How many times have you reacted instead of reflected? You heard some news, didn''t let the news settle, didn''t think to get the other side of the story because what difference would that make right? If you''re honest, you''re probably nodding your head up and down. Let me ask you this, looking back at those moments, how many times did you regret what you said or what you did? Careful, don''t hurt your neck. Well, you''re not alone. I''ve been guilty of this many times and I still catch myself, sometimes a little too late. The truth is, many of us don''t reflect as much as we should. Are you really knowledgeable about God''s New Covenant? Do you really know what Jesus did on the cross to free you, once and for all time, from Satan''s power over your fleshly nature? Has the truth about the baptism of the Holy Spirit been so perverted that you have been led to believe a lie instead of becoming a New-Covenant man or woman of God? Why is the church weak and ineffective in the world today? Do you realize that from the time of Constantine, the so called Christian Roman emperor of the 3rd century, most of the teaching in the Church has been Old Covenant type, and Law? This is written to provide a revival of the basic Christian theology that made the first century Christians so vital, and influential in their time. Find out for yourself if you have been missing what Jesus really wants for you!

Heaven's Breath" Where the air is thin and the flesh can't get in" "Heaven's Breath" has its own atmosphere. The air is so thin that flesh can't be recognized. It's where the heartbeat of man becomes one with the heartbeat of God. It's where the Spirit of God communes with the spirit of man on its highest level. "Heaven's Breath" reveals the sweetness of surrender, where our desire for intimacy with God allows us to experience HIS limitless love and presence. This is where we learn to breathe with ease throughout life's battles. "Heaven's Breath," is where the Holy Spirit trains us to abandon our flesh, in order to breathe through Christ with God, drawing life and strength from HIS Spirit moment by moment. This is the next dimension for the Supernatural Woman, who acknowledges that she serves a supernatural God, getting supernatural results. "Heaven's Breath" is a realm where one remains conscious of keeping a clean spirit and a pure heart before God, because God is pure. It's that place of seeing through the eyes of God, having access to HIS wisdom without the wrong intent. It's where truth allows us to judge the spirit behind the intent of the matter, as we judge ourselves daily moment by moment, one breath and one heartbeat at a time. "Heaven's Breath" is a realm where God receives the pleasure of His original intent for man. It's where purpose and destiny manifest for our lives with sweat less victories. Just as pure oxygen quickens life to our cells, "Heaven's Breath" quickens life to our spirit from the Spirit of GOD.
The love God has for you will change your life! God took His wrath for us after sin, out on Jesus at Calvary. At the same time, He released all of His love on us. That's the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The New Testament Book of Romans provides evidence that God's GRACE has been afforded to all Believers.Line by line, the author has systematically proven that God is not mad, angry, nor upset with us. Divine favor and blessings have been released into our lives. Where sin abound, GRACE does much more abound. You will run out of sin before God runs out of GRACE!

HEAR THE CHRISTMAS STORY AS YOU''VE NEVER HEARD IT BEFOREMAKE THE JOURNEY TO THE MANGER ALONG WITHMARY AND JOSEPH, THE SHEPHERDS AND THE MAGIHas the Christmas season become the most stressful time of the year instead of the most wonderful time?  Do you struggle to keep Christ in Christmas? The story of the Nativity is told in a mere 40 verses of scripture-19 in the Gospel of Matthew, 20 in the Gospel of Luke and 1 in the Gospel of John.  Yet nearly each word of every verse is packed with meaning. We are all familiar with holiday words like "joy" and "glory."  Have you ever wondered about their deeper meaning?  The glory of the Lord (Luke 2:9) is not just part of the Christmas story but something we can experience in our own lives.  Joy reminds us of the child-like innocence we used to have and can recapture. In Luke 2:20 we read "And the shepherds returned."  The shepherds were still shepherds; witnessing the miracle of the Incarnation of Christ didn''t change their status. It changed their hearts. Let All Creation Rejoice: Reflections for Advent, the Nativity and Epiphany is a series of short daily reflections on the scripture readings of the season, to be read during the Orthodox Christian Advent and Nativity season between November 15 and January 7.Spending a few minutes each day reading and reflecting on these scriptures will not change your status either.  It will change your heart.  You will better understand the "good news of a great joy," and why "the Word became flesh and dwelt among us."  AND AS YOU PREPARE TO AGAIN CELEBRATE GOD''SGREATEST GIFT TO US, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO OFFER WITHA MORE GRATEFUL HEART YOUR GIFTS TO HIM. George Kipp is a graduate of Maryville College and the University of Virginia where he earned the degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Education. He later became a Naval Aviator and flew anti-submarine warfare (ASW) aircraft until he retired from the Navy in 1975. During his undergraduate years at Maryville, although he was a Biology major, he became quite interested in history and fine arts. When he was studying there he learned about such powerful love stories as "Tristan an Isolde" and read many books, including works by Homer, Ovid, Kipling, Poe, Joyce, Shelley, Keats, Browning and some others. Not very much impressed by writers like Poe, because of his dread and morbidity, he was inspired by the beautiful expressions of writers like Shelley and Keats and became an incurable romantic. Although in semi-retirement now, he is still actively engaged in aviation and has finally found the time to revive his love of romanticism and to practice writing again. He lives on a farm near Red Boiling springs, Tennessee.
The year is 1587. Over one hundred people journey to America to begin a colony. Only one returns to England alive.Governor John White has never been a leader. Not until Sir Walter Raleigh places him in charge of the fourth expedition to Roanoke Colony, Virginia. Now, while John constantly tries to earn his daughter''s love at home, he also must find a way to keep over one hundred people safe in a new world that has been ravaged by sickness and attacks for years. When the colonists begin to fear for their lives and send him away for help, circumstances drive him farther away from everything he hoped to achieve for himself and his family.  Elyoner Dare has never trusted in anything else more steadfastly than her father. When he becomes governor of Roanoke Colony, she is more than eager to follow him to the New World, just to keep them together. However, when he leaves and never returns, she feels that she has misplaced her trust. As confusion and the perils of the untamed wilderness take their toll, she fears that she will never survive on her own, and hope seems to be little more than a memory. In separation, both John and Elyoner must come to terms with their greatest fears. For John, it is the fear of failure. For Elyoner, rejection. The search for answers is a long road, but, as they soon find, not all roads lead to a better future. Neither will finish their journey the same as they once were. Madison Burtner is the author of Remember Me With Favor-a Novel of Nathan Hale. Book OverviewThis book is a reflection of both my victories and of the challenges I have conquered during my Christian journey.  I discovered something truly amazing after going through several unique situations, one right after another, during some of the darkest times I''ve ever encountered in my life.  God gave me the strength I so desperately needed to carry on during those difficult times.  The person I transformed into, and the lessons I learned as a result, became the inspiration behind the writing of this book.My desire is to help motivate, inspire, and teach others by divulging what my Christian walk resembled before, during, and after discovering what I believe to be "the greatest gift ever" by sharing the many lessons I learned regarding my salvation, family, military service, law enforcement career, and marriage.  In the end, I believe applying the greatest gift ever to your life will also positively change it forever by finally allowing you to live your life to the fullest as God intended from the start.  The greatest gift ever will change your life forever! BioCraig Canfield is a child of God who enjoys helping others realize who they are in Christ.  Together with his wife, Loriann, they formed a Bible Study/Life Group helping other Christian couples fight for their marriages.  Before completing his first book, Craig was an honorably separated veteran who served in the US Navy and the US Army.  During his 25 year law enforcement career, Craig worked in counterintelligence, as a criminal investigator, and was a municipal police officer in Pennsylvania.   EndorsementWhen I accepted Craig''s request to edit his book project, I had no idea that God was offering me a "from God" moment like those the book describes. It''s convicting.  Read it!  Carolyn Abbott, WordsWork Consulting
Why write a book on restlessness? Isn''t it obvious that in this present time we are experiencing a restiveness that is eating away at the heart of faith, culture, the very meaning of humanity? For that very reason it is important to focus on the difference between positive restlessness and forms of restiveness that are destructive. An insatiable restlessness is inherent in the human heart, an impulse toward fulfillment in an eternal love that exceeds human imagination and invention. Further, a marvelous restlessness pervades all that exists, all that moves toward an unknown moment when even the finest of present existence will give way to "a new heaven and a new earth." - Introduction Sister Mary Timothy Prokes, PhD, is a Franciscan Sister of the Eucharist. Christians everywhere claim their daily pursuit is the application of biblical principles. However, simply learning Scripture doesn't always move to action in a Christian's life. With this in mind, pastor and author Louis W. Heard developed a plan for applying Scripture in his new yearlong devotional, Closer Devotional. This daily devotional is a discipleship tool he has written to assist Christ-followers in drawing closer to God and embodying the qualities of Christ. The devotional entries discuss several areas of communing with God, from praising God in trials to showing Christ's love to supporting the Church as God desires. Each daily entry consists of a specific "Closer Challenge" for readers to participate in. As each challenge is accomplished, the reader will experience closeness with God in a fresh way. Louis' goal is for believers everywhere to have a mission pathway for glorifying God and enjoying Him forever as they satisfy their heart's yearning of drawing closer to Him.
Positive communication is the most powerful tool a couple canuse for healing and restoration in their relationship.Arthur and Kim NowlinThe health of marriages has been under attack ever since the beginning when Adam and Eve''s act of disobedience led to a series of arguments and passing of the blame that was only reconciled once the couple took personal accountability for their choices and surrendered everything to God-the architect of marriage. A threat to the health of one''s marriage does not have to yield a terminal prognosis. It won''t be easy, but it is possible to survive. This book will provide high quality care for couples who are currently on "life support".  - Kenneth Anderson, M.S. Arthur and Kim Nowlin have more than 60 years of combined experience in the areas of family, substance abuse, and individual counseling. They have dedicated their lives to working from a Christian perspective through "Building Bridges and Breaking Barriers Seminars." SynopsisA college student''s futuristic adventure living deep inside the centre of the earth. Drama humour and an exciting mystery that keeps the reader in suspense, wondering what will happen next. The story line culminates in a journey through time to see a miracle in Galilee, with a subtle Christian message. Author BiographyBorn in Hertfordshire England I''ve travelled extensively living and working in different cultures. Consequently I have friends in various countries including  the United States, Singapore and Holland. It was during this time I came to a deep conviction of faith that has been tested  many times, but has supported me and brought me in to an even deeper understanding of a God who knows us intimately. Through this experience I now speak and minister with understanding to others. I have always loved writing and penned many poems, but this is my first full length novel. I am married to Maurice a lovely Yorkshireman and live in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I have two wonderful sons Chris married to Betty, David and four grandchildren, Bethany, Sophie, Christopher and Joshua plus a super extended family. Consequently I wrote this book mainly for my grandchildren to enjoy as an adventure story.  Journeying, I have seen the power of a mighty God in action unlocking people from darkness. This has convinced me that we face a battle in the supernatural, already won on the cross, but we contend for the ground  now. This is the privilege we have of being ambassadors for Christ. I appreciate my family and friends encouragement. Desiring never to forget the roots that I come from and the special people who have made me in to the women I am today I smile at the recollections..
