Fifty-six year old William "Jolly" Rogers, former tour manager for various rock bands, comes out of an early retirement as a favor for a friend. Scot Lev, Jolly's best friend for twenty years, has asked him to join the last leg of a tour for the band he is managing, Lenehan. Notorious for their excesses in drugs, alcohol and sex, Jolly is reluctant at first. But being a workaholic by nature, and with a reputation of making tours successful, he's in for the wild ride of a band who are rising stars, but who will crash and burn without the right tour manager. Equipment malfunctioning, incorrect itineraries and a volatile lead singer who keeps firing tour managers, makes Jolly determined to make this tour successful. Among all the chaos he has fallen in love with twenty-two year old Jarmila Malone, a friend of the band since childhood. And she has fallen in love with him. Between the overprotectiveness of the band for Jarmila, and the unwritten rule that crew does not mess with band's girls, will Jolly risk his reputation and career for love?
