A steampunk fantasy tale of a group of young friends and their conflict against an evil organization. Six months ago, Dirk's older brother vanished while searching for the source of a dark power that threatened their land. Having no reason to remain in their village, Dirk and his best friend Bole have since set off looking for adventure, and possibly, answers. They may find both in a wounded land, terrorized by the minions of a cruel man with an eye for sources of magical power. But will Dirk's own magical gift provide the edge he needs to defeat these marauders, or simply make him their ultimate prize?
