This book focuses on fruits poetically in a simple and straightforward manner. This book focuses on entertaining and enlightening or educating children, young ones and adults towards healthy living. The Poet believes that good eating habit, using fruits right from childhood, is a way of catching them young and thereby making people live healthily and saving individuals and healthcare institutions cost that would be better used elsewhere in the long run. The poems in this book can easily be assessed by all members of the family as the language is suitable for all. This book hopes to open the eyes of family members, schools and other institutions to the importance of fruits in our daily diet for healthy living.
