Evolutionary Neural Network Approach to Novelty Detection

This text is intended for use in an advanced AI course, which assumes completion of an introductory course. The text incorporates the basic concepts of AI, problem solving, Neural Network concepts and Applications; as common and pragmatic approaches to Novelty Detection.
