Eiven and the Book of the Stars

Eiven Mir lives in Cancun, and she is the oldest of three sisters with whom she fights constantly. She studies in the sixth grade and is a girl, like many others, with age-appropriate problems; she is afraid of many things, she has a grumpy teacher who hates her and wants to fail her at all costs. She is definitely NOT one of the popular girls due to her short stature, big eyes, curly hair, and extreme taste for drawing strange things. Although all this is secondary, today, Eiven has two big problems that keep her awake at night. The first one being the confusing feelings she has started to develop for her best friend, Terek, and the second one is the strange events that have been happening in her life since her eleventh birthday; that's why she is looking forward to spring break when she will go to visit her grandparents in Mexico City, But what seemed to be the first day of vacation becomes the beginning of an adventure in which characters and ancient stories mix to help her rediscover a family secret related to an ancient magical artifact and push her to discover that she is stronger and braver than she thinks; and to understand that family, and sister love is the most important thing.
