Great leaders are at the cradle of human existence; they engage their floods of inspiration to build great nations: they rule the world with unusual ideas. Everyone is a distinguished leader in the simple unit of their organization; and every leader and leadership aspirant should consider themselves as stewards. Leaders should strive toward developing management professionalism, regulating management practice, and promoting management culture through shared values. Leaders should assume the responsibility for selfless service, service above self; and to contribute to strategic transformation to promote the ideas of management through universal best practice, distinctive individual discipline, and corporate governance standards. Leaders should work together through team-working and cordiality, with process discipline and outcome focus, in an orderly, systematic, and professional manner. They should put feet to achieve best practices and target outcomes; while disapproving under-achievement that leaves corpses on the way, even when targets are achieved. Leaders should express themselves through dialogue with deep sense of decency and decorum; employing the force of reason and the power of logic not logic of power. Leadership involves influencing, inspiring, motivating, and directing others to do their best to attain/achieve organizational/societal goals. A leader leads by setting standards, directing people, taking decisions and solving problems. Leadership is a positive lifestyle of emulation that brings societal transformation: every leader is a role model.
