Egmont

Egmont ist ein bekanntes Trauerspiel des deutschen Dichters Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Es erzählt die Geschichte des Grafen Egmont, der im 16. Jahrhundert im Kampf gegen die spanische Herrschaft ums Leben kommt. Das Stück ist ein Meisterwerk der deutschen Literatur und hat bis heute nichts von seiner Anziehungskraft verloren.
