July 2022, weighing over 31 stone (197 KG), Nic Doward knew that her life had to change. Barely able to walk, she knew that she was at the point of 'do or die' She registered for her local Parkrun on Friday 19th August and walked her first 5K the next day. The journey that she has been on, is still on, is transforming her weight, her health and her wellbeing.
This book is her story - with a twist. As she shares her journey with you, she also invites you to come along with her. She knows how hard it has been for her and understands the fear.
