Distant Love

Have you ever been intensely in love with someone whom you cannot seem to live without? Someone whom you cannot kiss, romance, nor embrace whenever. The physical aspects of your relationship are profoundly hard to meet. You are together but separated by thousands of miles. A flight away. The phone calls, video calls, text messages, and mails are the source of reassurance and growth. Distant Love is a collection of love poems written throughout my years of being in a long-distance relationship. Writing these poems was a way to cope with missing my partner. This book of love poems entails a glance of our journey.
