Desire to Survive is a collection of 21 poems focusing on the difficulties of mental disorders. From anxiety to depression, the author shares her darkest moments and the steps that helped her healing process it is the journey of someone who suffered but never gave up the fight against her demons. Many of us go through similar traumas, and it is important now more than ever, that words are being used to describe the reality of mental disorders in order to help people who need it the most. These poems are an act of revenge on life and proof that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
