This little book is not intended to be an exhaustive account on the work and history of Black America. It is suggestive and explanatory. It's objective is to stimulate men and women to the discovery and perception of the truth that the answer for the community is within the community.
This book investigates the progress and awakening of the Black community through development and improvement. Focusing on growth, both during and post-slavery, and how it's imperative to continue and honor what has been established by and for Black America.
This book spotlights what problems lie within Black America and how they can be significantly repaired.
From Black organizations such as the NAACP and the National Urban League, Black Fraternities and Sororities, and Prince Hall Masons to the Black church. All of these institutions have carried important roles in the development of Black America. ""They have all contributed to the evolution from education, economics, environment, etc."" says Dr. Taylor.
