The DEAF bibliography is the key to French medieval literature and relevant research. It offers bibliographical data for all the sources cited in the DEAF, gives a qualitative characterisation of these sources, and provides the users with further-reaching information, e.g. the identification of the manuscripts, the dating and localisation of the texts and manuscripts, cross-references to the most important bibliographical handbooks, etc.
