Communications and Planning for the Disabled in Emergencies and Disasters

Effective communications for people with disabilities and others with access and functional needs in emergency situations are often in danger of being overlooked or minimized. This book identifies barriers, facilitators, and successful practices to providing effective emergency-related communications.
