This is a book for kids that is meant to teach a very important lesson, for Jesus said . . . "Suffer little children to come unto me and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of God." Luke 18:16, King James Version, the Holy Bible. And Jesus also said, ". . . Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3, King James Version, the Holy Bible.
These verses were favorites of the award winning author, attorney and former teacher, Penelope Dyan, when she was growing up; and she likes to believe they helped her become the person she is today. This is why she incorporated them into this 'learn to read' book for kids, where kids can practice reading skills though the use of word recognition, and word repetition and rhyme.
