Clumpy the Cloud

Clumpy J. Cumulus Cloud makes the decision not to be a cloud any longer after overhearing children singing "Rain, rain go away". But his new friends apologize and show him all the good his rain does on earth including helping nature and making muddy mud puddles to jump in.
