Book Description This Kids book "Brooklynn the Disobedient Unicorn" was created to show kids that there are consequences to their actions. That their actions could not only hurt themselves but also hurt others. By not listening to their parent's that bad thing could happen. The parents are not just being mean by telling them what to do and what not do. But they have the kids' bests interest at heart. At a young age kids have a strong self-identity to satisfy their needs and wants. But the needs and wants may not be bests for the child. That is when the term "Tough Love" comes into play. Tough love should be constant in the early years of a child life.The practice of reward the child when they do something good and punish them when they do something wrong. When you punish the child let know why you are punishing them. The most important thing is be constant and spend a lot of time with your child to develop a strong relationship. I say this because some kids start rebelling for the lack of attention.
