To all those who have met with the struggles of addiction through any outside sources that distract from the mind and soul. To all those who have met with the struggles of negative, intrusive thoughts that seem to consume us. I write this book to express my vulnerability, to show you that you are not alone. From my heart to you, may we all find strength in this life to survive, to conquer our insecurities, to love and to flourish as the best versions of ourselves.
