The second section describes the history of arthroscopy and the most recent use of nanoarthroscopy, including several novel techniques utilizing thenanoscope, such as incisionless partial medial meniscectomy, synovectomy of the knee, and single incision approaches for the anterior labrum and rotator cuff.
