Often termed as mental health illness, in the guise of anxiety and depression.
Covid-19 lockdown was the catalyst for my own healing journey.
Emotional story telling in poetry form, depicting the the turmoil and distress that ensued, everything from becoming an insomniac, losing the will to live, almost to the point of losing my mind.
