Alexander of Teagos

Queen Evelyn of Teagos knows her country
is counting on her to not only rule wisely, but to also
raise the now deceased King William's only heir to be an
honest, strong, and faithful ruler. When her three-year-old
son becomes increasingly unruly and begins showing signs of
superior intelligence, the Queen is shocked to discover a
changeling occupies her son's bed. The true heir to the
throne is missing.
In order to protect the realm,
the Queen sends her champion and best friend, Alexander, to
retrieve the missing heir before all of Teagos discovers his
disappearance and loses faith in her ability to rule. As
Alexander travels through the world of Ausaleres, he is
caught in the ferocious tendrils of a magical creature and
soon realizes he is a marked man. Fate soon plays a major
part in Alexander's future as Tanius of the Hidden Forest
tribe, and Mica of Bergamot save his life and agree to
escort him to safety. But wizards, sorceresses, dragons, and
dark elves patrol this magic land, and Alexander's journey
is not easy.
Through one dangerous encounter after
another, Alexander discovers that the Queen has more than
one secret that could end her reign forever.
