A Soldiers Wind

A wounded junior officer serving on a frigate arrives in London for rest and recuperation and the vices of the city, later appointed as third lieutenant on a frigate heading to Jamaica he brings the ship in as the surviving officer with a large prize. He is given command of a schooner in the assault of Omoha and reaps the reward of Spanish plate from an already wealthy background he becomes even richer in a time when capitalism runs wild.
