A Seleucid Primer

After the death of Alexander the Great, his conquered territories were divided among his leading generals. However, internal rivalries soon led to numerous "successor wars," from which the Seleucid dynasty emerged. The Seleucid Primer offers an overview of each ruler of the kingdom; a dynasty that would endure for over two-hundred and fifty years. The primer also includes portraits of most of the kings from ancient coins which were minted during their reigns. The book can also be used for research and reference as ancient sources are listed in each chapter.
