"The reason I had chosen this topic is;deep down you have a realisation that you actually need it and therefore you are ready for it now."- Vaid AtwalAs 'Rumi' said,"Desire to know your soul will end up your all Desires".This book '5 steps towards the self' is the guide to move closer towards the self.The book is divided into two parts. First part consists of 5 steps to be more synchronised with life and existance itself.This is the only way to move towards the self, each step needs practice and mastery to move towards next step. Once you have the clarity about these 5 steps, then comes part 2, which is basically my lecture series to address the many questions which may arise in your mind after going through part one.For example-you might have a question in your mind that, 'Does moving towards self means to renounce the world and live in Himalayas like a monk?' So you'll have a lecture on that. 'What is Meditation? Is it just sitting calmly in certain pose and breathing deeply? 'You might have a doubt that, 'Which way is the way of heart and which way is the way of mind? What to choose and how to identify? 'You'll get a lecture on this topic named intellect & intelligence.If you invest your allertness on this book it could transform you into a more rooted, stable, peaceful and evolved human being.You'll be more heart and less mind, you'll be more towards life and less towards the illusion, you'll be more you and lesser the puppet of Society.My best wishes to all my readers.
