Counting with Love, by Linda S. Mitchel, shows us how many ways God loves us. He loves us by giving us his son Jesus. He loves us by giving us faith, hope, and love. He loves us by giving us His Word.
This is the meaning and the answer that everybody has been looking for. This book is small but strong and powerful enough to cut through many problems. It will helpmany people understand the Bible better: from the reason why dogs eat their own vomit to the spiritual view about tithes, birthdays, the beginning of the world, andaccepting Christ as the end of the world. This book is here to show all people how to help themselves in Christ and have power to heal any sickness and disease to let thedoctors rest. This is the real call for all mankind to change their ways and accept Christ for their own good. This is also my way of giving back and asking people to love God with truthfulness.
The US census report shows that approximately 30 percent of all children born today are born out of wedlock. That is an alarming statistic; but in the black community,it is an epidemic, reaching close to 70 percent. I believe that God has ordained the family to be the basic building block of society. What is happening in today’s family is no accident. It is a calculated plan from Satan to overthrow God and be like the Most High. One of the reasons Satan is so adamant against the family is that it is a direct reflection of God. After the fall, Adam named his wife Eve, which means mother of all living or life giver. God told Adam he would have to work by the sweat of his brow, which meant that he was a provider. In Genesis 3, Adam, the provider, and Eve, the life giver, sets the image of God in humanity. Even in their fallen state, they are God’s image through marriage. Marriage in the sight of God is a constant rebuke to Satan that he can never be the Most High. Marriage means one man and one woman. But it is the plan of Satan to distort and destroy the family. I also think that so many children are being born out of wedlock to escalate Satan’s plan to build an army. With our society suffering from the lack of discipline that comes from manhood, unruly children are poised to be taken by Satan at will. As the return of the Lord approaches, Satan’s time is limited. There is a calculated plan to condition men to enlist in Satan’s army.
According to author, Jan Thomas, one of the most important words in the Bible is but. So much hinges on that single word. A but always changes reality, impacting lives in sometimes startling ways. Since its fi rst publication nearly 10 years ago, Big Buts of the Bible has been read and used for Bible studies across Canada, in the United States, Spain and China. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to study the familiar and not-so-familiar people and stories of Scripture in a fresh new way. Each of the 30 chapters is short and insightful, featuring a different Bible story or character. This makes it perfect for individual devotions or group study.
One would think that a pastor of a church would no doubt enter the pearly gates of heaven. That is, until Pastor Grace dies and has to stand before Jesus, not prepared to give an account for his life's deeds. He thinks he is okay because of the flourishing ministry he pastored while alive, but Jesus knows the truth because he is the truth and sentences Pastor Grace to Hades/Sheol.Troughout Hades, Pastor Grace must learn to survive the dark souls he attracts while on the quest to ?find Sharia (the path to the watery place). Queen Jezebel, King Azzazel, Dagon the Demon, the Great Leviathan, and creatures that don't exist in the natural world anymore are just a few he's up against. His days are numbered with the price on his head for cold water in the midst of hellish temperatures. During his journey, he comes to realize that even though he didn't make it into heaven, he is still going to preach the gospel the way Jesus ordained him to. That is, if Satan doesn't have anything to say about it fi?rst.
Are you being tormented by the spirits that attach themselves to grief? Or have the loss of a loved one, a divorce, a job, or an unwanted illness caused an interruption to your normal life?Dealing with any type of loss, especially something that was precious or a significant part of oneself, can overpower one's emotions, spirit, mental, physical, and social wellbeing, which can make returning to the dailyroutine of life impossible.Whether we are feeling like Naomi or Job, in the Bible, not knowing the purpose and plan of God within their storm, it is when we continue to persevere and look to God as our source of strength that we are able to see His will and become victorious over those agonizing spirits associated with grief.
In 1993, a rural Missouri community becomes the bloody backdrop for the crime thriller Wounds of Injustice. John Gerber, a Marine Corps veteran who served as a sniper during the Vietnam War, is married to his second wife, Carol, who becomes involved in a sordid affair with a local sheriff's deputy. Fearful her husband will file for divorce and attempt to seize custody of their young son if the illicit relationship is discovered, Carol and the deputy stage a litany of events designed to place John behind bars, thereby granting her full custody of her son and the freedom to continue the relationship with her new lover. When John later learns of the relationship and recognizes the plans designed to remove him from his son's life, he embarks upon a crusade to restore the justice he believes is being stripped from him. The consequences of depraved decisions leave several families devastated by murders while a young boy later comes of age, unintentionally following in the footsteps of a father he was taught to despise
The God-sent message to America and the entire world is shown by America helping repressed people in Cuba and other islands gain their freedom. World wide goals were achieved. America did become a World Power. This book will appeal to students, historians, history buffs, libraries, military, and any person looking for a patriotic view of the great values that made America a great country through sacrifice.
God is certainly not impressed by big numbers. Just ask Gideon, who defeated a vast Midianite army with only three hundred men. The fundamental lesson of the experience of Gideon for believers today is this: When it comes to communities of faith, God is only concerned about faithfulness and eff ectiveness. When we have a genuine relationship with God and an unshakeable trust in the power of the Holy Spirit of God, we are able to accomplish anything for the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is is why Jesus said, “Go into all the world and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19), and not, “Go into all the world, making big buildings and megachurches.” “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20, KJV). Believe it!
Depression, Anxiety, and the Child of God is a book that has been long overdue. It is a book that takes the taboo out of being a Christian and suffering with emotional issues. All throughout the Bible, we see accounts of great people of God being afraid, depressed, panicking, even thinking suicidal thoughts. If the Bible speaks about these issues, why don’t we? Far too long the church has been silent and lacking the education to deal with these things. Today is a brave new world with new challenges that pastors and clergy from days gone by never had to deal with—the dismantling of the family unit, pornography, a sexually permissive, anti-Biblical and anti-moral society. The church has lost all of its significance and effectiveness. The church has no clout or relevande today letting the important ones fall to the wayside. We are a laughing stock to the world today, known only by our hatred of certain select peoples and pet peeve sins. Why aren’t we known for Christ’s love, his redemption available to all, and Christ’s high standard of moral excellence? No, we have become like the world and with it we have acquired the world’s problems, including depression and anxiety. This devotional and book set (sold separately) attempts to turn all of that on its side just as Christ turned this world upside down. We are due for a flip, and Pastor Scott hope to make that flip back to true Christianity through his life’s work put into this project.
S. R. Kraniak is the pastor of the Centereach Bible Church, a small church in Long Island, NY (www.cbctruth.com). He has been pastor there since 2006. Pastor Scott is 51 years old as of this writing and married for over 26 years to his best friend, Julie; they have three boys—Jacob, Aaron, and, their youngest, Luke—who were all home schooled. Pastor Scott, besides serving Jesus Christ and being a part of the hot rod ministry, also enjoys old Jeeps of which he mentions often in this book. His dream isto be able to travel the country and speak on depression and anxiety in the church today. Some might not like his hard-nosed approach to life, his way of treating depression and anxiety, his Gospel presentation, and doing what’s right, but that’s just how he is—old school preaching without being afraid to talk about sin and God’s justice as well as His love. His favorite authors are A. W. Tozer, Watchmen Nee, Dietrich Bonhoffer, David Wilkerson, and Ray Comfort plus many, many more old school preachers. Pastor Scott was raised a Roman Catholic, turned atheist, dabbled a short time in the occult, and even played drums in the heavy metal music scene of the 1980s before coming to know Jesus Christ as Lord.
In this memorable accounts by ALS survior Louis R. Schavie, the author proves that life’s greatest lessons can come from at look at the past. Growing up in Chicago during the Depression era, Schavie found happiness in the simple joys in life, like jumping on the back of a wagon or grabbing a chunk of fallen ice from the iceman’s wagon on a hot day. With his friends. He played pranks around town, living his boyhood to the fullest. His ambition to excel is seen through the tales of his work life, which inspires readers to look for their own paths to success. But perhaps his greatest lessons come from the people in his life-his coworkers, his fellow fighters, his friends, and most importantly, his family. Through these people, Schavie shows that life is better when you experience it together.A delight to read, the best example of true success in life comes from experiencing the Memoirs of a Bygone Era.

Our post-modern world has changed little from the time of the prophet Isaiah.Threatened by war, disease, famine, and financial ruin, modern man finds himself driven to place his reliance upon the knowledge of men, finding a sense of assurance in material wealth, modern medicine, and technology, rather than God.In the eighth century BCE, Israel was also threatened by war, disease, famine, and financial ruin, and they too sought out some guarantee of survival. Like modern man, they placed their reliance upon the knowledge of men finding assurance in the occult arts rather than God. Yet Isaiah was a revolutionary. He had experienced God in all his holiness. The prophet had come to know God as the Sovereign God of the universe, who, when compared to the limited potency of magic and divination, was the potent living God. Seeing his people walking in the dark ways of man, Isaiah viewed it as his task to demonstrate the ineff?ectiveness of occult practices. Isaiah was compelled to cry out to his people: Come! Let us walk in the light of the Lord! The prophet was imploring his people to reject the occult and to place their complete reliance upon God alone or face disaster.
"The process of lament is a spiritual bridge that allows each of us to encounter God in all of his fullness: holy, approachable, sentient, compassionate, and responsive to our suffering. In response to our cries for help God hears and provides a bi-level solution, one at the existential level, and one at the level of destiny."This book demonstrates that the laments of Abraham, Job, and Isaiah epitomize a faithful and spiritually healthy response to human suffering. Each lament represents the voice of an affected individual calling upon God to hear and act. Lamentation exemplifies the lamenter's faith that God will hear and respond with favorable action. One of the most significant functions of God's response to our lament is to demonstrate that he alone controls all of creation. And yet, God reveals himself to be even more than the living Sovereign God who controls the universe and all things within it. He is revealed as the sentient merciful God who seeks to establish and guide the lives of each one of us. For this reason, lament is fundamental to sustaining and deepening our relationship with God.

The Doomsday Clock is declaring a warning to this world. Whether or not people are listening is irrelevant; the clock is ticking. There is a spiritual doomsday clock ticking away as well. It is a countdown to spiritual catastrophe, as well as spiritual accountability. Mankind has plummeted into deep darkness in their morality, leaving a gaping hole between them and the Living God-that, my friend, spells catastrophe. Then, on the other hand, the clock is ticking to a judgment that every man, every woman, the rich and the poor alike, will have to attend. That spells accountability. In 3 Minutes to Midnight, Pastor Chuck Salvo endeavors to rebuild the walls of biblical truth by destroying the antibiblical world views of our day.A spiritual catastrophe is upon us, and the doctrines of devils have permeated our culture. While the clock continues to tick, you and I can be prepared by holding true to biblical doctrine and not be swayed by the breath of a wicked system. The doctrines of devils have filled the atmosphere, and many fall to their wicked deceptions. But those who are submitted to God's spirit will recognize those doctrines as being nothing but bad breath.
I spent a total of thirty-plus years living in Alaska, everywhere from Barrow, which is way up at the very top of the state, right on the Arctic ocean where the polar bears live, to Anchorage, the largest city in Alaska. I moved there with my family back in 1974 during the days when the Trans Alaska Pipeline was being built. I was ten years old. My dad was a truck driver and hauled cargo between Prudhoe Bay and Valdez. My mother took a lease on a little restaurant called the Milepost Cafe in our little town of Copper Center, right on the Copper river, which was a major stopping point back then for truckers doing the runs from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez. This is my story.

James Shipley came of age in the once segregated, rural community of Tipton, Missouri. When just a young man working for a local mechanic, a chance meeting at his local post office in the early 1940s inspired his enlistment in the 301st Fighter Squadron of the 332nd Fighter Group-an all-black organization that would go on to earn the famed moniker of both "Redtails" and "Tuskegee Airmen" during the Second World War. As a mechanic with the 332nd, this book highlights Shipley's time in training in the United States, follows him through his service at airfields in Italy and his return home after the end of the war. Previous works on the Tuskegee Airmen have often focused on the experience of the pilots and officers who served in the 332nd, but rarely provides insight into the integral contributions of the enlisted mechanics suchas Shipley. Together as One shares of the story of Shipley and the unspoken heroes, recording their dedication to the aviation success of the Tuskegee Airmen even when they had to live and work within a military framework that once denied them some of the very freedoms for which they fought.
