Unspoken Truths Unspoken truths must be pulled by the roots that's been held so deep within; that's the only way now for the pain to end So that my life will someday begin. It's a road I must travel, so the truth can be known then my life I can finally claim as my own. To God be the glory, that I must tell my story His praises I'll forever sing, for the peace to me I know he'll bring and take away all that was unseen, then my hands I know will be clean. I won't defend who were once friends and help conceal their sins because this is my life and I'm ready to fight so let the healing process begin. Living in silence about any kind of abuse can keep you living the life that your abusers have carved out for you. It's a life full of shame and guilt, plus living in fear of the next time your abuser reminds you who's in control. Living in the shadows of your past, keeping your voices silent and protecting your abusers is only giving them permission to abuse you. Well, through my testimony and the account of my life from childhood to my adult life, I hope that you can see a pathway from my journey, which you can use to start your journey to wholeness. With prayer, scripture, and your voice, your unspoken truths will no longer be chains holding you hostage. Stand on your faith, and trust in His Love, Mercy and Grace and allow Jesus to meet you where you are for your healing. These are my words of encouragement to you.

I had to ask myself: what did succeeding look like and what did failing mean. Initially, I reasoned that failing was not being able to replace my income within 12 months. So then success was simply the opposite of that? While financially security is obviously important, along the way to wellness I am learning so much about myself, the world and my Savior. Failure is starting to look like just not trusting God and His spirit inside me. Although the topic of tongues has been covered in many books, this little book stands out, because it has new things to say and breathes new life into a discussion Christians have been having for decades. In 1937, we exchanged the North Dakota prairie dust of the Great Depression for a western cattle ranch on Myrtle Creek in northern Idaho. Before I became a teen, I milked cows, shot chickens for Sunday dinner; I was occasionally bucked off my saddle horse; I nearly drowned in Myrtle Creek and I harvested my first deer. I prayed my first public prayer. When I was sixteen, I was born again; I met Joyce Lee Lewis; during my college summers, I worked with the Trail Crew in Glacier National Park. I was face to face with a grizzly bear by Lake Josephine; I was flipped into Two Medicine Lake when our boat overturned. I led Jim to Jesus at a highway turnout along Glacier Park's St. Mary Lake. I married Joyce in 1955; on our wedding night, we killed two stray Herefords. A year later, we rolled the Lewis's truck on our way to ministry in Canada; Henry Detert got off his farm tractor, took a seat in my car, and received Jesus as his Savior. In 1958, we embarked by ship on a twelve year mission to Japan. On September 26th, 1959, the night our son Michael was born, the hospital lost electrical power; the rain ran through the roof; the typhoon swept 4000 people to their deaths. The five members of the Sanada family became lovers of Jesus. During the decade of the 70's, I pastored in Montana and Alberta. We led our neighbors, Jerry and Pat and Bill and Nancy to Jesus, we all lived on the same street. For eighteen years, I served in two C&MA districts as a District Superintendent, from Cheyenne, Wyoming in the windy south to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories in the frozen north. In 1988, we were under 'house arrest' in Karachi, Pakistan.

I would like to thank my family for assisting me during the time of writing this book. Especially my twin brother, Chavous Hatchell for helping me remember certain events. Thank you to my husband and children who were willing to share me while I worked long hours into the night; thank you for your patience and endurance. I wrote this book as a testimony to help other individuals. We all have struggles, and think our families could have been better, or done better. We thought we should have had more, looking through the eyes of a child. If I had truly understood how rich we really were, this would have helped me see things differently! We were, and still are a loving family; we were all together as one family, there were no separations. My mother and father kept us together. We were, "Rich not poor". Usually if you have both parents in the home with no separations of children and parents, you are truly blessed. When I was a little girl, I thought I was poor. Nearly all the children in my neighborhood felt the same way. We labeled ourselves that way because of what we could see, and for what we thought we did not have; but little did we know how "Rich" we really were. "From Torment to Christian Comfort...Journeying Through A Psychosis", I describe a pilgrim path from a coma...(induced by carbon monoxide poisoning) and ensuing psychosis to a "Made Alive Again" experience, knowing Jesus as Lord and Saviour. My personal quest to reconcile what I have experienced, and what I have observed about the universal experience of dying, death, funerals and recovery sent me on a path of discovery to understand why people behave the way that they do when it comes to funerals. I sought to understand exactly what constitutes a good funeral and if anything can be done to allow more dignity to the process. Catherine was born and raised in South Carolina; she later migrated to New York City, where she began her life. She currently resides in Astoria, New York with her husband Robert Beebe Sr. Catherine and Robert are blessed to have their six daughters, and four sons along with twenty-two grand children all in arms reach in the City of New York. Catherine also opened her home to children who were less fortunate than she was. In April of 1981, Catherine heard the gospel preached and rededicated her life to Christ, under the leadership of Bishop Fred Sanders at Victory Deliverance Church of our Lord of the Apostolic Faith. Catherine have received specialized training in Christian Leadership, Ushering, Choir Directress, Armor Bearer, Missionary and Evangelism. She has served on the Mother's Board as well. Catherine also served as Co-Pastor and was the designated driver for the late Bishop William Johnson and the Ministerial Staff. Which in part resulted in she and her husband becoming the senior pastors of their own ministry, Shiloh Kingdom Deliverance International Ministries Inc.
