The First Amendment of the Constitution clearly says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." In 1947 the United States Supreme Court illegally passed the ruling on Separation of Church and State, prohibiting the free exercise of religion. Since then crime and immorality have skyrocketed at an exponential rate, vastly overcrowding our prisons, and causing many undesirable results. Why would our Supreme Court Justices create such devastation to America by this well-meaning action? The answer is simple. There are hundreds of questions about creation, God and the Bible that Christians cannot answer and the result is that many people believe that the Bible is mythology and God does not exist. Therefore, it is reasonable to restrict its teaching in schools and public places because the public is greatly deceived by such teachings. When asked questions, many Christians are dumbfounded and unable to answer. An example is, If God made Eve out of one of Adam's ribs, why do men have the same number of ribs as women, with none missing? The answer is very simple and logical, yet how many Christians can answer? The DNA and genes in Adam did not change when God removed one of Adam's ribs any more than they would change if a doctor removed one of your ribs. The DNA and genes in Adam and Eve were transferred to their children. These contained the same number of ribs that God originally put in Adam; therefore today both genders have the same number of ribs. This book answers questions that nonbelievers and many other religious groups might ask, preparing Christians to accomplish the goal that God gave them: to go out into the world and lead as many as possible to Jesus and eternal life.

But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth for death. Do not err, my beloved brethren. James 1:14 -16 KJV As much as our dignity, human frailties and transparencies can be trusted to that of another person, we need to trust somebody when all that you have work for is in jeopardy of loss. The importance of seeking and knowing the need for such a person in one's life cannot be understood without first accepting the fact that your sins may have a death sentence connected to it. The death of a marriage, a career, a family or even a jail sentence is to be considered through counseling and a healthy reasoning process to save your life from destruction. The danger of trying to conceal and manage personal demons and living another lifestyle while hiding behind sacred podiums and corporate seals is a sure formula for self-destruction and sure embarrassment. Could you ever imagine managing a million dollars without the assistance of a trustworthy banking facility or trying to overcome cancer without seeing a trusted physician? In a multitude of counselors there is safety. The Booty Call purposely and seriously confronts the thought of losing everything you as a successful husband, father, clergyman, businessman or professional person has accomplished and achieved over the years for a few minutes of pleasure. Up until now perhaps you have not been caught or exposed so you continue to hide out in your world of hypocrisy but it's only a matter of time and your world will come crumbling down when least expected. I pray that your family, church or children will never be publicly humiliated because of denial and ignorance. Do not err, my beloved brethren. James 1:16 KJV

I have never heard any person acknowledge both that God exists and they do not know who he is in the same sentence. I will not say it has not happened before, but in my limited sphere of relationships I have not heard it. What I have heard which has come to be equally profound in a negative way, is people speaking authoritatively when the subject of god came up. With authority we profess to know and with authority we deny his existence. With authority we declare how God thinks, how to get to him, how to become one. With authority we abolish, and banish, and box God according to how we think and feel. These things I have heard in my sphere of relationships. It would have been a breath of fresh air if someone had conveyed to me that they believed that God existed but they do not know who He is. (That would have put two of us on the same page). Even the Christian often times misses this point; he accepts Jesus on the basis of the presentation, yet, not knowing if he is real, or if He is the truth. We think He is, we feel he is. That is the extent of our understanding. What one thinks and feels is also the basis of every person's acceptance of any religion or spiritual portal. At this juncture, the Christian faith seems as just another religion. The new Christian does not know if he has begun a relationship with the true and living God, but at some point he should know definitively yes, or definitively no. People often leave the Christian faith without the definitive yes or the definitive no. God is among gods proliferated by many voices. We live as if no one can know for sure, therefore we believe as we see fit, for no one can prove otherwise. Me being alone and speaking into the air those many years ago, "God I want to know you" looms large in the face of the existence of many religions that have a subtext of many versions formed by ever growing groups of likeminded individuals. It is impossible to know God outside of Him making himself known to the individual. Unfortunately, this fundamental point is lost and religions are accepted and rejected on some other basis. It is easier for God to make himself known to you than for you to find Him...

Two realities that progressively co-exist. The first in distress because of mistakes made that lead to an increase in disappointments, anger, shame and guilt. The second in restoring, reconciling, regenerating and rebirthing dreams and destiny. Each episode in his past escalates into greater anger at life. One event after another, he searches for the reason why his life is so messed up. As he revisits his past, a mystery unfolds. Unknown to him, this mystery began at a new choice, producing new things. As he revisits his past, his new choice begins to heal old wounds. Soon Joseph begins to understand the reason for his downfall, but even more, the reason for him living.

This is not one of those books about heaven that will make you question whether you will get there. The next life is no mystery-there are people in heaven, some of the same people that were here on earth. While physical forms change, personalities and characters remain for eternity. Soon after his mother died, Gerry Klassen found himself writing a letter from her perspective... and the letters just kept coming. She shares all about the hilarious episodes and different scenarios that make her able to connect with every kind of person imaginable, from Roman soldiers to famous leaders of the Bible to Jesus Himself. She gives her son a heavenly perspective that makes him realize... there's nothing going on down here that God's love cannot bring to a perfect and peaceful conclusion up there.

One might say that the Bible is a detailed record of three types of choices: wise choices made by God as He shepherds mankind along the challenging road of life; wise choices mankind makes when we elect to follow our Shepherd along this road; and then the dubious choices mankind makes when we try to wrest control from God and drive off-road on our own.... The Good News is that God doesn't leave us to navigate on our own but gives us His Word to guide us. Thus the genesis for this book of devotions-the wisdom of scripture applied to the everyday choices each one of us has to make. Choose...to ask the tough questions; Choose...to remember and give thanks; Choose...to embrace 'unanswered' prayers. Each devotional title begins-like the book itself-with this theme of conscious, prayerful choice, a theme reinforced again and again, not with frenzied, fist-shaking, spittle-flying thunder, but with the quiet guidance of a humble mentor. Shawn Molesphini has wisely chosen to keep each devotional to no more than one page in length, encouraging readers to spend time in worshipful reflection rather than reading something other than their Bible. Written in a friendly, conversational, earnest and warm voice, filled with careful, vivid allegories and clear, engaging analogies, Choose Wisely: Applying God's Word to Your Choices, A Daily Devotional is invaluable for every believer, not just Bible scholars or veteran theologians. This is for the believer seeking renewed inspiration and a comfortable chair to talk to his Lord-and also for the lost person desperate for truth. It helps readers discern how their choices can have infinite impact for themselves, their family, community and the world. There's no preaching here, no attempt at indoctrination; only gentle, godly insights and enriching lessons on spiritual growth and successful living presented with freshness and sincerity.

Thank You Jesus is a true story; it is about a Palestinian Catholic author, who survived a deadly cancer. She wrote about the miracles that she and her twin sister had experienced through Jesus' help and the dreams that turned into reality, which make her believes that there is connection between souls and dreams. From her perspective, throughout the human condition; one comes across many things and hears incredible stories which can serve to make one more and more rational, understanding of the people around them, and concerned about ones future life with Jesus. Many people do not like to write about what they have experienced in their lives and the author is one of them; yet, she has been inspired to share her enthusiasm and to reveal her experience with Jesus to people; it was the main reason that drove her to write this book. Author Elham Yacoub Zakaria was born in Bethlehem. Her parents wed in the Church of the Nativity. She lives in San Diego, California. She has lived through unbelievable experiences that forced her to keep thinking of the mystery of life. She thinks to write about our lives is easy, but to live it is a challenge and a suffering as well. She is a member of San Diego Writers/Editors Guild. She is a writer of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. In 2002, she was awarded for her presentation of her poetry on The United Nations Staff Day. Also, some of her poems were presented on the 44th Annual Religious Art Festival of St. Mark's United Methodists Church (2007). She is the author of "Commitment & Revenge" and "For His Sake". For His Sake is a work of two volumes: "Adam" and "Abandoned Son".

    192,-

Can you escape a life of sin? Is regret from past mistakes preventing you from reuniting with God and reestablishing your intended purpose in God's will? Jesus understood the struggles humans faced in a world clouded by sin and used parables to communicate to others God's mercy and grace meant to redeem their lives. Christian author George Nye utilizes a similar approach, as Jesus' parables, in his new book Daddy - Catch! Nye employs fictionalized and non-fictionalized short stories to present a biblical perspective towards common scenarios people encounter in today's fast-paced world. Each parable is accompanied with a Christian-minded examination of the parable's scenario and questions for personal reflection. The mission for Daddy - Catch! follows the same purpose Jesus predestined with his own parables; to reconnect stranded people in a fallen world back to their Heavenly Father and to reclaim the blessed life God originally desired for them.

  • av Gary (Henry Ford Hospital USA) Gibson

Do sinners go to Hell when they die? What about the righteous...Heaven? In What's Next? author Gary Gibson takes the reader on a trek through the Bible, to consider what happens the moment we die, and what is the end of man. Provocative and soul searching, Gibson asks the reader to simply hold on and let the Spirit guide the way. What others are saying... If there is any lingering doubt from the title, Mr. Gibson makes the book's subject matter clear right from the beginning: "The heart and intent behind this book is to examine the scriptures concerning death and the life to come." In "Popcorn Resurrections," Mr. Gibson challenges the belief that a soul, after death, goes directly to heaven, citing Old and New Testament Scripture, as well as William Tyndale, Martin Luther and many others. Many scholarly books are long on etymology but somewhat short on a compelling reason for why original wording, syntax or punctuation makes such an important difference in understanding the associated English text. Mr. Gibson seems to be a scholar for the layman, able to communicate involved concepts clearly and thoroughly. Written with intelligence and humility, frequently lyrical, What's Next? may well be the last book needed on the subject of life, dying, death and eternal life. Gary Gibson grew up in San Diego California where he attended San Diego State University. Raised in a Congregationalist church, and shaped and influenced by the Calvary Chapel movement, Gary has served in various ministry outreaches and currently hosts a house church from his residence in Coral Springs, Florida. Driven by a passion to seek the Truth and emboldened by the words of Jesus in Matthew 23:8-10, this his first book. Gary is married and has four children.

What does it take to forgive someone of a wrong they have done? If God encouraged you to forgive another, or even to forgive yourself, would you answer His call? For Riley O'Toole, it took God's blessing of a talking flower named Rose to take him out of despair and into becoming a changed, godly man. Riley, in the juvenile fantasy novel Reflections by author John Thomas, is overcome with grief over the death of his wife and children, which is intensified through forced isolation from town by bitter gossip from his angry sister-in-law. Through the unlikely friendship with Rose, Riley learns the peace that comes from forgiveness as well as the spiritual transformation that also emerges inside him. This Irish fantasy tale is told in folklore tradition, passed down from grandfather to grandsons to become lifelong lessons in forgiveness, self-acceptance, victory from disappointment and love surpassing differences.

Christ In You The Hope of Glory

  • av Joshua K Sampong
    205

"If accepting the LORD Jesus Christ as one's Savior is enough," Pastor Sampong writes, "why does the Holy Scripture admonish Christians to act differently than before?" In What is a True Christian? he offers an intelligent and comprehensive answer to this question. To do so, he asks further: What is repentance? What are the spiritual characteristics that separate the wheat from the chaff? What, specifically is the work of salvation? The author is unflinching in his Scripturally-based and detailed examination of what distinguishes the true Christian from the unregenerate sinner. This might be a difficult book for those who are "lukewarm, 'temporary' or who 'sit on the fence, '" to read, but it is a deep and meaningful voyage into discovery of where we place GOD in our hierarchy of life priorities. In the words of Bro. Sampong, "You can then self-examine your Christian profession in relation to GOD's WORD to determine whether or not you need to reassess your faith and walk with the LORD." Pastor Joshua Sampong cites the parables of the LORD Jesus in the Bible, the writings of Charles Haddon Spurgeon, John Charles Ryle, and Thomas Watson, and quotes Martin Luther in support of his message. Absolute obedience in Christ alone is key, the author argues. Only as a new creation, having the faith in GOD to obey the Great Commission and reflecting His holiness can a person claim to be a true Christian. Brother Sampong grew up in a Christian home, and currently serves as a co-pastor with the FCG Church Head Pastor James Ambrose Clark, III in Trenton, New Jersey, USA.

  • av Reverend Tony Lashaun Tate
    149,-

This book explains salvation, forgiveness, blasphemy, repentance, reprobation, and the importance of enduring until the end. Reverend Tony Lashaun Tate pores through scripture in search of the answer to the question posed in the title, that is, Can salvation be lost, or does it endure through any and every circumstance? Bible verses are dissected word by word to reach the truth of the author's message. Reverend Tony Lashaun Tate is clearly passionate about this subject matter, and it is obvious that extensive research was involved here. This book is very well organized. Obviously the work of an experienced writer. Scripture is expertly and appropriately referenced, and citations are textbook perfect. The structure is linear and easy to follow, with logically ordered chapters and well-defined blocks of scripture. Reverend Tony Lashaun Tate's tone is conversational and exceptionally readable. Carefully-chosen details draw the reader into the narrative, teaching though the in-depth analysis of scripture. The author makes a compelling argument for this postulation, and does an exceptional job of supporting these points using a very great deal of pertinent scripture.

The purpose of this book is to help Christians (Christ-like) make a stand for what is right. God did not send his son to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved (John 3:16). We need to step out on faith and reach the lost, dying and confused individuals that are destroying their lives, careers and most importantly their souls (Colossians 1:9-14). Heaven and hell are real, and eternity will never end. For the sake of your own soul, prayerfully consider everything that you do (1 Corinthians 19:20). We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). It is he that made us, and not we ourselves (Psalms 100:3). We have been bought with a price the devil can not afford. The price being, the precious blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on Calvary's Cross for our sins (1 Peter 1:18-19). Often people do not wish to give up what seems comfortable to them. My mission is to help people understand that they must give up everything ungodly, so the Lord can break the chains that hold them in bondage. The anointing breaks the yoke of bondage. There is power in the name of Jesus Christ! All strongholds, bondages, curses, diseases, confusion, and sin must bow to His great name! FROM A CHRISTIAN PERSPECTIVE

Did America just witness a miracle? Some say yes. Some say no. It's seems strange that there is even a debate. Did Moses have to tell the Israelites that the Red Sea dividing was unusual? Was there a mixed reaction when Jesus walked on water? What did we just watch and why does it matter? No one seems to know what was going on while it was going on; maybe we can figure it all out the only thing clear is that something happened and this is what happens... After the Happening. Drew Fryar is a graduate of Abilene Christian University. He lives in San Antonio working three or more part time jobs until he becomes famous as an author. He is SINGLE... hint hint. He wears socks with characters on them and always wears a hat with a pen in the head band.
